Welcome to Enzera. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and free CBAM calculators.

Important: Enzera is an initiative currently in development and is not yet a formally incorporated entity. These terms will be updated when the company is incorporated and full services are launched.

Enzera currently offers:

• Free CBAM Calculators - Tools to estimate CBAM costs and emissions using EU default factors
• Educational Content - CBAM guides and regulatory information
• Beta Waiting List - Early access signup for Enzera CBAM Connect platform

These services are provided free of charge and without warranty. The full Enzera CBAM Connect platform will have separate terms when it launches.

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You must NOT:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access our services without permission
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code

• Not official CBAM compliance: Results from our calculators cannot be used for official CBAM declarations or submissions to EU authorities
• Estimates only: Calculations are based on EU default factors and may not reflect actual emissions
• No verification: Supplier calculator results are unverified and cannot substitute for official accredited verification
• Regulatory changes: CBAM regulations may change; we update our tools but cannot guarantee they reflect the very latest regulations

For official CBAM compliance, consult with qualified professionals and use accredited verification services.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Enzera or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may:

• Use our calculators for personal or business purposes
• Share links to our website
• Print or save calculator results for your records

You may NOT:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our code or content without permission
• Remove copyright or attribution notices

By joining the beta waiting list:

• You agree to receive emails about beta access and product updates
• You understand that beta features may be incomplete, change, or be discontinued
• You can unsubscribe from the waiting list at any time
• Joining the waiting list does not guarantee beta access or future product pricing

The full Enzera CBAM Connect platform will have separate terms and pricing when launched.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We provide these links for convenience only and do not endorse or take responsibility for:

• The content, accuracy, or opinions expressed on third-party sites
• Privacy practices of external websites
• Products or services offered by third parties

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
